Through a Gatsby-inspired shoot at the Oklahoma City Civic Center Music Hall, this couple finally got the wedding gallery they’d been missing all of these years.

Patrice and Michael were wed at the Ed Lycan Conservatory at Will Rogers Gardens in Oklahoma City. Read on to hear about their wedding day in their own words, and try not to get as teary as we did looking through their sweet wedding gallery.

What were each of your thoughts when you met for the first time?

Kameshia: I was nervous but he was so sweet and funny and made those nerves go away quickly.

Jordan: I was excited to meet her because we had been talking for about 2 months before meeting each other. I knew there would be a connection.
