Apple picking in maine and a pumpkin pie recipe

It’s tradition in Maine to go apple picking in the fall, and these two took it up a notch with the cutest anniversary apple orchard photo shoot ever! Cassie wanted to surprise Dustin with something extra special. Their year had been full of busyness, and job demands. So she wanted to create a unique photo shoot experience to celebrate their anniversary and the love they share. Dustin is the cook of their family, and he loves the outdoors. So what better way to celebrate him than with a secret picnic.

She scouted out the perfect apple picking spot in Portland, Maine for their photo shoot and surprise-picnic. The fact that she went out of her way to design something she knew he would love was an incredible gift to give him. She put so much thought into every little detail keeping things apple-themed, she brought apple cider, apple donuts baking his favorite pumpkin pie, and of course, picked some fresh juicy red apples from the nearby trees.

Dustin knew they were taking pictures, but had no idea about the picnic. It was the sweetest surprise and the best date ever. They sipped on their cider, and danced in the orchard - celebrating the two of them and the love that they share. There is nothing quite like an anniversary photo shoot, love has weathered a few life storms and the depth of the relationship really shines. Cassie and Dustin are truly the sweetest together!
