How to Host a Galentines Dinner

Jessica Parker shared this beautiful Galentines dinner party with us, and the delectable recipe links below! We thought this was a perfect guide to show readers how to host a Galentine’s Party with your friends this month. From the flowers to beautiful food, this is definitely a gathering you'll want to replicate!

I have always loved throwing dinner parties, for friends and family. Amber Reverie and I got together to host a Galentines dinner with a few local wedding vendors and other creatives. It was such a fun relaxed atmosphere with delicious food.

On the menu, we have Tarragon Cream Crostini from the cookbook Ecco La Cucina, by Gina Stipo. Click here to get the book!

Next, we have an Arugula, Pear and Goat Cheese Salad with a Pomegranate Vinaigrette from Food52. Click here to get the recipe!

Followed by Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, also from Gina Stipo's book Ecco La Cucina. Get the book here!

And finally, a Blueberry Galette from Completely Delicious. See the recipe here!
