1. The Website Terms & Conditions Template
Who needs it?
This is highly recommended for every person who has a website!
What does it do?
Think of your website as your own country and this template lays out the laws of your country. Is it okay for your website visitors to steal the photos off your site and post them on their website & social media as if they were their own? (No!) Is it okay for someone to link to your site claiming you have some super-special relationship (which you don’t actually have) or spread false information about you and your site? (No!) 2. The Privacy Policy
Who needs it?
It is a federal law that every website must have a Privacy Policy, so everyone with a website absolutely needs this!
What does it do?
It explains to website visitors how their personal information and data will be used when they interact with your site. (This is the legal template which keeps you compliant with all those privacy laws countries are releasing recently, including the European GDPR and the Californian CCPA!)

3. A LLC Operating Agreement (Single Member LLC or Multi Member LLC)
Who needs it?
If you’re starting an LLC in the USA, you need this! (If you’re starting a LLC by yourself you’ll want the Single Member LLC Operating Agreement. If you’re starting a LLC with one or more business partners, you’ll want the Multi-Member LLC Operating Agreement.)
What does it do?
This is the legal document that proves your business is in fact a business, and that it should be treated separately from your personal assets. (Which will be very important in case your business gets into any legal hot water in the future.) This Operating Agreement is the document that governs your LLC (think: explains how the LLC is run and managed), and is something you will typically need when opening a business bank account.
