Cottage Hill is Now B.E Publishing

Cottage Hill Magazine is Now B.E Publishing

Cottage Hill has a New Owner and a New Name

Hi there, my name is Bronwyn Spain, and I acquired Cottage Hill Magazine in September.  I recently stepped back from six years of building and growing a wedding venue known as Spain Ranch to pursue my dreams in the publishing industry. The name has changed, but the vision remains the same : meaningful stories told through beautiful imagery. Why B.E Publishing? First, we have plans for expansion, so the name change is necessary for brand clarity and continuity. Why B.E specifically? Thanks to my dad and a very unique name, I’ve been referred to as “B” since birth. The name has been a personal brand for me, and the phonetics fit perfectly for my plans in naming different branches of the company. “E” is for my middle name : Elizabeth.  A few weeks ago, I announced that we are officially seeking submissions with a focus on the following four topics : wellness, home, travel, and weddings.  B.E publishing will be publishing four separate PRINT publications in each of these categories in 2020.  The names? B.E Well, B.E Home, B.E Away, and B.E Wed. In addition, I’ve begun a local wedding publication for Oklahoma : B.E Wed Oklahoma. What about Editor’s Course and education? I acquired Editor’s Course with the purchase of Cottage Hill.  The newly updated Editor’s Course, Instagram for creatives, and new courses (announced at a later date) are now housed under the education branch : B.E Driven. So there you have it!  B.E Publishing is officially here. Check our instagram @b.epublishing for more insight into the sale of Cottage Hill, and be sure to sign up for our newsletter for updates on print!

I’m thrilled to continue Katie’s legacy, and I can’t wait to hear your stories.
