Rocky Mountain Surprise Proposal

This is the story of Trey and Lindsey's surprise engagement!

Months ago I had reached out to Lindsey about wanting to do a portrait session with the two of them. Within a day or two I heard back from Trey on his work email that this would be the perfect cover to propose to Lindsey. We went into planning mode!

Lindsey and Trey are an adventurous couple, spending much of their free time hiking in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Which is why we decided that the top of Guanella Pass outside of Denver would make for the perfect backdrop.

After getting Lindsey into place, I let Trey take it from there with his proposal. It was so sweet to watch Lindsey slowly put together that this was actually happening and we heard her ask in joy, "Is this real?!" before saying yes. From there they celebrated with some bubbly at 11,600 ft and we finished with the most joyous engagement shoot!
