Ojai Bridal Inspiration
Ojai is known for its beautiful surroundings. Having spent quite some time there, it's no surprise designer Sarah Park and photographer Kurt Boomer were inspired to create a bridal story inspired by the olive groves. We particularly love the use of local details like the olive crown, effortless details like the simple hair and makeup and elegant tablescape. Here are a few words Sarah had to share with us, enjoy.
Dreaming of an intimate wedding surrounded by olive trees somewhere in Europe, my team and I found the perfect location here in Ojai, California, to bring our vision to life. I wanted the design to feel simple and organic, so we used colors that complimented the natural surroundings. The beautiful greens and textures on the olive trees provided us with a beautiful backdrop that simply took our breath away.
Alice the owner of Ojai Olive Oil was gracious enough to let us use her property for our inspiration shoot. The love that she puts into the farm is truly inspiring. Whenever you're in town you should definitely make a visit, the farm produces their own olive oil and other goodies.
