Romantic Seven Sycamores Ranch Wedding
Romantic Seven Sycamores Ranch Wedding Inspiration
The story behind this shoot was to display the stories that live within the venue, inspired by the Mckellar family's history and values. Bob Mckellar, the owner of the venue took over this citrus ranch & upon returning to the 'valley' he rekindled a relationship from high school and married his now wife Ann. The couple we chose to fill a younger version of Bob and Ann were not just 'models' but also shared similar stories, this couple met in high school, she was the cheerleader and he was a football player.
These images were meant to show their love story that has grown over the years living upon these citrus groves that have been passed down from generations beginning in 1927. These images also display their yearly Christmas tradition of bottling the olive oil that is grown from the trees that surround their home with their family along their love of hosting and sharing their families property with the couples that will begin their forevers in the same place this couple began theirs.
The venue is currently going through a business model change and will now be donating $7000 every year to helping those in need internationally and locally by donating to a different organization every year. This model will begin January 2017 and we will first be supporting Ivanhoe Elementary where Bob attended and is near the venue.
