We love when couples do something they both love for their engagement shoot. And, we love this idea of a cooking lesson followed by an engagement party with family and friends! Here is more from photographer Bonnie Sen:

Michelle and Derek are two architects in Seattle who love to cook. For their engagement shoot, they rented The Pantry in Seattle, and then followed the shoot with a cooking lesson and private dinner as their engagement party.

The engagement shoot consisted of making an apple pie, something they often do considering Derek is from eastern Washington State which is known for it's apples. During the shoot the two of them dreamed about opening a restaurant as their next career.
