Beach Sunset Engagement Session
Ever see a picture and lose your mind to daydreams about just hopping into it? Maybe I’ve seen Mary Poppins one too many times, but that is how I feel about this shoot rapturously captured at Erich McVey Workshop by Jenna McElroy. It could also be the fault and understated magic that shooting with film brings.
The stunning natural light, secluded beach, and that sweet couple all cause a stir in my heart. Perhaps the thing that speaks to me most is the simplicity that Ginny Au created in this story. We get so wrapped up with props, the size of the ring and outfit changes that we forget about the beauty that is the moment. There is no clutter, just simple intentional beauty. Isn’t it incredible how strongly romance can shine when given a chance to stand alone? Incredible and powerful, I’d say.
