SpringHouse Luncheon

This beautiful luncheon was sent to us by Janna Brown Design. Celebrating a mother to be with beautiful blooms and delicious food, we love the intimate setting. Here is what Janna had to share with us about the day:

Set atop lush rolling hills reaching out to the shores of Lake Martin, SpringHouse is the epitome of fine dining, saturated with a southern flare. Constructed from reclaimed beams and meticulously placed stonework with architectural intrigue at each turn, SpringHouse provides a stunning backdrop for a simplistic luncheon celebrating a mother to be.

Guests were nestled in front of the hearth and their chatter and laugher echoed through the rafters. The aroma of fresh baked ciabatta loaves floated from the wood-fired oven as friends and family sipped berry-garnished mimosas. The tables were adorned with cascading organic floral arrangements filled with dusty rose-colored petals and jasmine vine. Hand-calligraphed menus prefaced a beautiful three-course meal of shaved fennel, blueberry and peach Bib salad with a honey vinaigrette, shrimp and grits with smoked bacon and tomato butter sauce, and chocolate layer cake with fig compote drizzled with chocolate ganache.
