Morning Kick Juice Recipe
Juicing is one of my favorite ways to keep a healthy diet. Sometimes juicing can be intimidating when you are first starting, but it doesn't have to be. This recipe from Hannah Zieschang and Lini Wall is simple and packed with flavor and nutrients to start your day off right!
Ingredients
- 4 apples, chilled
- 2 beets
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
Procedure
Roughly slice apples removing seeds. roughly slice beets. Slice peel of the ginger piece. Add apples, beets, blueberries, and ginger one at a time to running juicer. Serve immediately. Best within the first 4 hours of juicing for optimal health benefits.
