“Honey, your soul could never grow old - it’s evergreen.” The first time I saw this anniversary shoot from Silver Cup Artist Alyssa Joy, I automatically thought of this line from an Ed Sheeran song. Paige, a school teacher, and Andrew, a musician, were married a year ago this month, and to celebrate, they had Alyssa capture their sweet selves at Country Cove, a Christmas tree farm outside of Nashville. Anniversary shoots light my heart because not only are they a testament to love that lasts, but with each year you see that love deepen into something more honest, more true. I definitely saw that trueness between this couple. My favorite part of this session? The quilt they bundled up in made by Paige’s grandmother as a wedding gift.
